In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire her loved ones, keeping Gertrude's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Arthur Huntingford (Mickey); her nieces, Charlene Evans and Joanne Whidden; and her nephew Mel Bodman.
In lieu of flowers donations it is Gert's request that donations be made to the Toronto or Etobicoke Humaine Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation, Kidney Foundation or to any other charity of your choice.
