She was loved and cherished by many people including: her close friend Mississauga; her husband David; her children, Joanne Mawhinney (Stephen), Karen Andric (Alex), Greg Laughton (Susan) and Brian Laughton (Tania); her grandchildren, Fallon (Tim), Kathleen (Philip), Morin, Sarah, Matthew, Helena and Daniel; and her great grandchildren, Mary and Stephen.

Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Islington United Church.
