It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Kelly of Ethel, Ontario, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Smith and Ethel Smith; and her brother Brian Powers Smith. She is survived by: her husband Donald; her sons, Brian (Danielle), Ron (Danielle) and Kevin; her grandchildren, Anna, Chloe, Devan, Emily and Ryan; her brother Christopher Smith (Judy); and her cousin Judy Knapp (David).
