He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bonell and Myra Bonell (Stinson); and his siblings, Inez Bonell and Ken Bonell (Lois Mainprize). He is survived by: his wife Ethel (Irwin); his children, Bob, John (Karen), Laura Duffy, Janet Scharfe (Hal) and Mary Carman (Don); his grandchildren, Natalie Lefebvre (Danny), Michael Duffy, Matthew Scharfe, Kevin Scharfe and Christal Veleke; and his great grandchild Sarah Lefebvre. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Arnprior Regional Health Foundation, the Grove Redevelopment Fund, or the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.
