He was predeceased by: his siblings, Iris Howell, Gordon Arkinstall (late Doris), Derek Arkinstall (Peggy), Bill Arkinstall and Maurice Arkinstall.
He is survived by: his children, Liz Arkinstall (David Pereira) and Peter Arkinstall (Wendy Proctor); his grandchildren, Ethan, Erin Arkinstall and Vaniece Proctor; his nephew K. Victor; and his pets, Corky, Schmeichel and Louie.
