He was predeceased by: his brother David Piper. He is survived by: his children, Renee Piper (late Jay) and Robert Piper (Stacey); his grandchildren, Jessica (Kyle), Ashley R. J. (Jake) and Shailynn; his great grandchildren, Hayley and Lucas; his sister Lisa Matis (Tom); and his close friend Marilyn Landry.
