She was predeceased by: her husband Eugenio De Melo Mare; her parents, Manual Joao and Maria Paixao; and her brother Joao Furtado (late Cidalia). She is survived by: her daughter Anna Furtado; and her brothers, Manuel Furtado (late Maria), Jose Furtado (late Maria) and Francisco Furtado (Filomena). She is also survived by her family, friends nieces and nephews.
