She is survived by: her sons, Douglas and Scott (Mary); her brothers, John Collins (Sherry) and Charles Collins; her grandchildren, Lauren, Mike and Baylie; her great grandchild Ashton; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Shuttleworth (Erica), Betty Spry (Frank) and John Shuttleworth (Mary). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
