He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Ken Powers. He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Sheryl McKay and Daniel McKay; his grandchildren, Jessica, Monique, Nicole and Chantel; his great grandchildren, Teal, James, Kris, Lucas, Kyren, True and Amellia; and his siblings, Lawrence McKay (Kathleen), Raymond McKay (Susan) and Marlene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
