She was predeceased by: her husband John Dolway Purvis; her son John Dolway Jr.; and her siblings, Maude, Bud, Freda, Earl (Evelyn), Velma, Roy, Henry (Diane), Linda and Stephen.
She is survived by: her children, David (Pauline), Brett and Kathy Usher (Mark); her sibling Shirley Swalwell (Jim); and her caregiver Grace Hospital. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, friends, and co-workers.
