She was predeceased by: her brother Robert. She is survived by: her significant other Mark Crilley; her children, James Lewis (Nisa), David Boyko and Julie Boyko (Devon); and her siblings, Marilyn Laforme (David Loft) and Glenn Lewis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
