He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Coombs and Anne Coombs; and his father-in-law Keith Shepley. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Robert (Robin) and Laura Godfroy; his grandchildren, Stacey Ryan (Will), Riley Coombs (Dana), Brandi Coombs, Andrew, Chris, Justin and Katelyn Godfroy; his mother-in-law Glenda; and his siblings, Kevin Coombs (Patti), Susan Vogt (Stephan) and Brian Coombs. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kennedy Funeral Home (128 Talbot St N, Essex, ON N8M2C4). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
