He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Egeto and Eleanor Egeto. He is survived by: his children, Allan Egeto, Sarah Ackroyd and Mandi; his grandchildren, Emily Perkins, Miranda Ackroyd, Aurora Rose Ackroyd, Sofia Dukes and Sapphire Rose; and his brothers, John and Tim Egeto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
