She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Shaughnessy and Ivy Shaughnessy; her husband Peter McDonald; her child Glen; and her brother John Shaughnessy (Tim).

She is survived by: her children, Peter (Sandy) of Elliot Lake, Carrie Douglas (Larry) of Oshawa, Jeff of Keswick and Mark (Elaine) of Espanola; and her sibling Glen Shaughnessy. She is also survived by many friends & relatives.
