With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Evelyn Steinke of Espanola, Ontario, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Evelyn left this world on April 2, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her spouse Arno Steinke; her grandson Jason; her parents, Dougal Hobbs and Flora Hobbs; her brothers, Earl, Alton and Billy; and her cousin Ethel.
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Nancy), Sandra (Larry) and Paul (Shelley); her grandchildren, Curtis, Ryan, Troy, Jeff, Stacey, Kelsey and Cody; her great grandchildren, Justin, Tiffany, Claire, Ella, Gavin, Aaron, Lennon, Mia and Landon; and her great great grandchild Jackson Steinke.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (535 Imperial St N, Sables-Spanish Rivers, ON P0P1P0).
