He was predeceased by: his siblings, Silas Jr. and Leisa; and his grandparents, Bernard, Theresa Abitong, Jean and Norman Southwind.
He is survived by: his parents, Marlene Abitong and Silas Sr. Abitong of Sagamok; his children, Tripp, Nelly, Maddux, Erica and Halle; his sisters, Cynthia Toulouse (Dean), Priscilla Abitong (late Roland), Rosanne Abitong and April Abitong (Ben Comfort); his nieces and nephews, Ursula, Justine, Joyce, Sara, Ben, Audrey, Robert, Harley, Amelia, Wolfe, Andrew, Morgan, Silas III, Trent, Kara, Nate, Jayden, Jase, Joshua, Joslyn, Curtis and Rosaland; and his godchildren, Audrey, Harley, Wolfe, Jayden, Brooke Patrie and Creedence.
