He is survived by: his wife Christa Gleis; his children, Carsten (Frances), Chris (Helena) and Stefan (Michèle); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Nicolas, Madison, Lucas, Jack and Dominique. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
