He is survived by: his wife Katia; his children, Derek (Jen), Julianne (Dan) and Phil (Marisa); his stepsons, Alexandre and Jonathan; his grandchildren, Lucas, Claire, Sadie and Ava; his brothers, Chris (Laura) and Mark (Kay); and his nieces and nephews, Alexander (Laura), Kristin (David), Tristan (Lisa) and Glyn.
