He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Baker (Jongsma); his parents, Harry Baker and Margaret Baker; and his brother-in-law George Kamminga. He is survived by: his children, Daniel (Edison), Matthew (Heather), Nicole MacAdam (Charles Baker), Karen MacAdam and Melissa MacAdam (Stephen Lim); his grandchildren, Megan, David (Katlyn Sarazin), Tobias (Quinn Valdes) and Scarlett Lim; his great grandchild Jordan; his mother-in-law Henny Jongsma; his siblings, Don (Eileen), David (Kathy), Cathy (Bert Smith), Gord Baker (Patricia), Sid Jongsma (Heather) and Dulyn Kamminga; and his nieces and nephews, Dylan (Lisa), Teigan Baker (Kenny), Ryan (Marybeth), Lee, Alyssa Baker (Ren), Sean (Paula), Neil Smith, Liam Baker, Robert (Leslie), Kevin (Marlene), Adam (Jennifer), Luke Jongsma, Kaitlyn Tompkins (Dave), Steven, Kenny and Michael Smith (Danielle).
