He was predeceased by: his wife Elinor Barbour; and his sister Mildred Buchannan. He is survived by: his children, Gail Wood (late Dan Steeves), Joyce Barbour (Allan Cameron), Ruth Barbour (Doug Jackson), Carol Barbour and Joan Barbour (Gary Nelson); and his grandchildren, Colin Cameron, Dylan and Marley Turner.
