He was predeceased by: his siblings, Tena, Alma, Jake, Bill and John; and his parents, Henry Ginter and Tena Ginter.

He is survived by: his wife Winnie Norman; his children, Drew Ginter (Melanie Buddle), Brendan Ginter (Vanessa Nelson), Dana Crane (Chris) and Lindsay Norman (David Coseni); his grandchildren, Austin, Taren, Cameron, Lauren and Madelyn; and his siblings, Anne, George, Leona, Doris (Bob) and Henry. He is also survived by his family, his community and his friends.
