He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth Powless; his children, Cheyenne Parker, Dakota Powless, Harley Powless, Zachary Meeks and Samuel Meeks; his parents, Allen Meeks Sr. and Gale MacFarland; his sibling William Meeks (Lisa); and his nieces and nephews, Madison Smith, Faith Meeks and Hope Meeks. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
