He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Thibodeau and Béatrice Toupin; and his siblings, Raymond Thibodeau and Armande Thibodeau. He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Anne Thibodeau, André Robert, Luc Thibodeau, Denis Thibodeau, Joyce Boom, Lyne Thibodeau, Sylvie Thibodeau, Josée, Ian, Shawn Savarie and Stacy; his grandchildren, Chelsie McKnight, Jim Thanos, Cole McKnight, Stephanie Locke, Alaya Robert, Joslyn Thibodeau, Alexandre Thibodeau, Maxim Clairoux, Joséane Clairoux, Carissa Shackleton, Samantha Auger, Dillon Demarell and Khenan Savarie; his sisters, Thérèse Thibodeau, Yolande Charlebois and Jeanne D'Arc; and also Gingras.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Englehart and District Hospital Palliative Care Program will be greatly appreciated.
