Alph Schaffner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alph Schaffner (Englehart, Ontario), who passed away on August 22, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Schaffner; his siblings, Tony, Gerald and Theresa; his parents, Mary Schaffner and Henry Schaffner; and his daughter Lisa Schaffner.
He is survived by: his children, Amelia Schaffner (Paul Alaire) and Barry Schaffner (Leisa); his grandchildren, Kirsty Roy (Patrick), Brittany Elliott (Dustin), Joshua Williams, Mark Williams, David Malherbe, Katrina Malherbe, Nicholas Williams and Gabriella Schaffner; and his siblings, Tillie, John (Kelly) and Roger (Yvette). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke foundation.
