He is survived by: his children, Amanda English (Shawn) and Billy Kulikowski (Carey); his grandchildren, Aubrey, Hayden and Wesley; his parents, Kenneth Hall and Tilly Hall; and his siblings, Rodney, Bob, Kevin, Jim, Denise, Pam and Carolyn. He is also survived by spouses, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
