She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack". She is survived by: her children, John (Gloria), Gerry (Karen), Tom (Linda), Rick (Ursula), Laurie (Al) and Russ (Patti). She is also survived by her numerous great- grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
