He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Hamilton and Robert McLean Prior Hamilton; and his sister Susan Van Iterson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hamilton; his children, Brian Hamilton and Diane Hamilton; and his stepchildren, Geoffrey Brunt, Robyn Wynberg and Sarah Brunt.
