He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tout and Lily Mae Tout (Westell); and his sisters, Elva Martin (late Norman McTaggart), Arletta Riggin (late Bert) and Myrtle McLean (late Donald).
He is survived by: his spouse Marion K. Tout; his sons, Sean (Nancy) of Guelph and Mark (Theresa) of Breslau; and his siblings, Bill Tout (Marion) of Palmerston and Lila Schell (late Woodrow) of Port Elgin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
