He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Watkins and Grace Watkins; his siblings, Ronald Watkins and Dorothy Ruppel; and his siblings-in-law, Clayt Ruppel, Harold Craig, Gordon Craig, Meredith Craig, Ronald Craig, Gertie Craig and Betty Craig.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Susan Watkins, Tom Watkins and Mary Ann Alexander (Craig); his grandchildren, Calee (James), Andy (Zac), Reanna (Ashton), Robin (Zac) and Ryan; his sibling Gwyneth Watkins (Robert); and his siblings-in-law, Lois Watkins, Elaine Witzel (Bryan), Barbara Craig and Trudi Craig.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Groves Memorial Hospital Fund or St. John's Anglican Church would be appreciated by his family.
