He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jayne Larose and Craig Heads; and his parents, William and Anne. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Heads; his children, Samantha Zammit and Christopher Heads; his grandchildren, Makayla (Jacob), Aislinn, Hazel, Jessica (Allan), Ethan and Willow; his great grandchild Brooklyn; his siblings-in-law, Cliff Baker (Barb) and Lianne Manley; and his close friends, Terri, Jill (Cindy), Remi and Lexi. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many other relatives and friends.

Due to Covid-19 our family is welcoming you to join us via YouTube (search: Lynn Stone Funeral Home).

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to be made in memory of Jack Heads to Kidney Foundation.
