Robert James McBain Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert James McBain (Elmvale, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte McBain; and his sisters, Jean Hoag (Sam) and Jeanette Strong (Arthur). He is survived by: his father Matthew McBain; his children, Shelley, Linda and Robert; the mother of his children Joan; his son Ian (Krysta); the mother of his child Susan; his significant other Norma White; his significant other's children, Craig Shibley (Caroline Coulson) and Cindy Shibley Koury; and his grandchildren, Ijah, Shakti, Connor, Jackson, Jessica, Rebeka and Sarah.

Memorial donations, made to Downsview Long Term Care Centre, a Food Bank or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
