He was predeceased by: his parent Bert Boonstra. He is survived by: his spouse Laurie; his stepchildren, Brendan McLellan (Linda), Jessie Roy (Brent) and Lyndsey McLellan; his parent Anne Boonstra; his siblings, Mike, Kathy and Barb; and his nieces and nephews, Rick and Chris.
