He is survived by: his parents, Jack Sjerps and Yvonne Sjerps; his siblings, Brandon (Rhonda) and Angela Birch (Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Sam, Adrianna, Allison, Carson, Madden and Presley. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
