He was predeceased by: his former wife Shelley; and his siblings, Patricia and Glenn. He is survived by: his daughter Brooke (TJ); his grandchildren, Poppy and Ellie; his wife Toni; his children, Benjamin (Victoria), Brynn and Kylie; and his siblings, Colleen (Steve), Robert (Helen) and Kathy (Fabian).
Memorial donations may be made in John's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
