She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jim Gould; her children, Rhonda Moreau (Silvio), Brenda Paquette, James Gould and Randy Gould; and her siblings, Johnny (Rosie), Joan (late Doug), Kay (Mike) and Billy (Sue).
Memorial donations in Fran's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
