He was predeceased by: his brothers, LeRoy, Weldon and Murray; his parents, Weldon and Edith; his daughter-in-law Wendy Pommer; and his stepson Stephen Newstead.
He is survived by: his wife Anne; his son Garry Pommer; his grandchildren, Jody, Michael, Denny (Joanne), Ted, Jake, Sean (Hala) and Nick (Megan); and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Isabelle, Simon, Max, Carson, Cayden and Colin. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews.
