She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Kellner; her children, Gary and Deborah; and her parents, Joseph Scale and Eva Scale.

She is survived by: her son Ronald (Line); and her great grandchildren, Brock (Teri-Kristen), Ellen, Travis, Anthony (Elizabeth) and Lesley (Jonathan).

In lieu of flowers, a donation to St. Joseph's Foundation of Elliot Lake (St. Joseph's Manor) in Velma's name would be appreciated.
