He is survived by: his parents, Stanislav Lendak and Anna Lendak; his siblings, Andrea (Fraser), Stan, Peter William (Sarah) and Anna Michelle (Senad); his niece Helen; his nephews, Robert, Jakob, Lukas and Adam; his cousin England; and his godchild Emilee Nadine Martin. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles.
