Edith Jacklin Obituary

Edith Louise Jacklin (nee Little) 96 of Barrie, ON. Passed peacefully at home, October 11th, 2020. Edith was married to the late Walter Thomas Jacklin. She is survived by son David (Debbie) of Barrie and daughter Barbara of Barrie. Grandchildren Jennifer, Alison, Douglas and the late Holly and great grandchildren. Much loved aunt by many nieces and nephews. Edith was the youngest daughter born February 19th, 1924 to Arthur Bennett Little and Ida Florence (Miller) in Holly, Ontario. Dear Sister of the late Dorothy Slack, Bill Little, Grace Marrow, Mildred Allen and Florence Kennedy. Edith lived in Elliot Lake for over 50 years before moving to Barrie to live with her daughter. Edith lived a very active life and had a love of bridge, curling and golf. Edith was proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. In lieu of flowers a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choosing would be appreciated. A Private interment will take place at Woodlands Cemetery in Elliot Lake.
