He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Joan Carol Barnett; and his siblings, Richard Garneau, Ralph Garneau, Shawn Garneau, Jackie, Louise, Judy and Catherine "Linda". He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and relatives.
