As Louis departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Louis may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Louis leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarah Rasmussen and Simon Rasmussen; and his significant other Muriel (Leblanc). He is survived by: his daughter Arlene Rasmussen (Marilynn Wykes) of Lyndhurst, Ontario.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Lou's memory to either the Gibson Family Health Care Charitable Foundation or Sheba's Haven (Rescue Dogs), in recognition of the care and joy they brought to his life.
