He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Way and Jacob Way; his brother Charlie Way; and his brothers-in-law, Buff Sly and Leonard Mallette.
He is survived by: his spouse Gail Way (Chant); his daughters, Julie Dugger (Tom) of Pennsylvania, Jenny MacKinnon (Khris) of Portland and Paula Scott of Portland; his grandchildren, Bridget, Ariel Carbino, Jarred, Jessie MacKinnon, Deacon and Lillian Scott; his great grandchild Chloe; and his siblings-in-law, Bill (Lynne), Neil (Jane), Sandra (David), Brenda (Paul), Ron (Mary), Bonnie (Barry), Sharon (Bruce) and Sheila (Kevin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
