He was predeceased by: his sister Gladys Welch; and his parents, Hilda Paul (Milligan) and Richard Paul. He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Jean" Paul (McMurray); his children, Allan (Bruce Borgundvaag), Jason (Rebecca Dowswell-Paul) and Tanya Keast; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Makenna, Ethan, Sloane and Raelynn.
