He was predeceased by: his spouse Jay Carter (Scott). He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Fortin of Blind River; his stepdaughters, Cherie Dolmage (Jeff) of Seaforth and Tracie Bartliff (Darren) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Luke, Zachary (Lindsay), Tim, Jacob and Jenielle; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Addison, Don of Meghan, Jack Dolmage, Carleigh and Rachel Bartliff. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Donations to the Seaforth Curling Club or the Egmondville United Church would be appreciated by the family.
