It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vera Lapenskie of Eganville, Ontario, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Lauralee; and her siblings, Mike, Francis, Peg, Morgan, Nora, Leroy, Tom, Jimmy and Delbert.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy (Frank), Frank (Brenda), Brian (Linda), Sharon (Glen), Darryl (Carole) and Colleen (Dave); her grandchildren, Vera of James, Ishia, Jahmai, Dustin, Stephanie, Matthew, Ryan, Amanda, Julie, Michelle, Natasha, Sierra, Darren and Noah; and her sisters, Rachel and Shirley. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zohr Family Funeral Home - Eganville (194 Jane St, Eganville, ON K0J1T0). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James the Less Catholic Church (78 Wellington St, Eganville, ON K0J1T0).
