He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Commanda; and his parents, Augus Amikons (Vincent) and Mary Pappin (Molly). He is survived by: his children, Joe Madigan of Griffith On, Kelly, Ed Buss of Quinte West, Madeline and Rick Grant; his stepchildren, Darlene Commanda and Lesly Commanda; and his siblings, Monroe, Lenox, Alphonse, Samson, Peter, Roy, Gerald, Desmond, Tommy, Lila Belisle, Blanche Guyea and Judy Ransom. He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
