It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delila Amikons (Eganville, Ontario), who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Patrick Amikons; and her parents, Simon Commanda and Melissa Commanda (Sharrow). She is survived by: her children, Cecil, June, Fred, Alvin, Frank, Tony, Marilyn (Bill), Andy, Jim, Laurie, Debbie, Adam and Jerry; and her sister Ann Cayer of Maniwaki, Quebec.. She is also survived by her 23 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to visitation held at Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 from 6 - 8pm and on Thursday from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8pm. (Due to the current COVID-19 Restriction the funeral home is restricted to 25% of occupant capacity. Please RSVP to the visitation online or by calling the funeral home at 613-628 2334 if you wish to attend). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held privately due to the COVID-19 occupancy of the church.
