He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew and Julia. He is survived by: his wife Myrna; his siblings, Margaret Belak (Tony), Betty Paolini (Ron) and Roy Betik (Sandy); his children, Lori Roth (Rick) and David Betik; and his grandchildren, Katie Roth and Ryan Roth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
