It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Savoie of Earlton, Ontario, born in Englehart, Ontario, who passed away on January 9, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugène Savoie and Marguerite Ménard. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Anne Sears (Rachelle) and Kayla Charland (René); and his siblings, Marcel (Nancy), Yvon (Jocelyne), Michel (Suzanne), Colette (Michel), Paul (Réjeanne) and André (Gisèle). He is also survived by his three grandchildren, fourteen nieces and nephews and many extended family.
As an expression of sympathy, contributions in Donald's memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Palliative Care Suite of the Englehart Hospital.
