She was predeceased by: her grandson Joshua. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Smith, Bradley Smith, Wendy Smith (Robert Mathers), Jamie and Charlene Smith; her grandchildren, Riley, McKenzie, Jacob, Blake, Bailey and Alex; and her siblings, Grace (Alfred Smolarz), Dianne (Mike Fascinato), John van Brakel (Dawn Hartman) of Elmwood and Linda Butler (Pierre) of Durham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Grey Bruce Animal Shelter would be appreciated by the family.
